The Poly Mailers supplies custom, printed, stock, coloured, padded and size-specific poly mailers to businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Every order is made to a written specification you approve rather than picked from a catalogue at a fixed price.
That is the whole business. This page covers how it actually works, and — more usefully — what we will not tell you, because a supplier’s exclusions say more than their claims do.
What we supply
One product category, in a lot of configurations. We do not pretend to be a general packaging supplier.

Where a standard size does not fit your packed product, quoted against your measurements rather than rounded to the nearest listing.

Frosted zip-closure bags for garments, which are a genuinely different product from a mailer and are described as such.

Because a size question is settled in ten minutes with a physical bag and never settled by reading a chart.
Why the price on a product page is only a starting point
Because one figure cannot be right for every configuration.
Product pages carry an indicative unit price so you have somewhere to start. What it is not is a quotation. Size, film weight, closure, opacity, finish, colour, print coverage, sides printed and quantity all move the price, and they interact — so a single published figure is accurate for one configuration and approximate for every other.
So the model is a written quotation instead: your specification, our price, valid for a stated period, with everything named rather than implied. It takes a short conversation rather than a click, and it produces a number you can actually compare against another supplier’s.
If you want a fast answer, the shortest useful enquiry is what you ship, roughly how many, and which market it goes to.
What we will not tell you
A supplier is defined by the claims it declines to make. These are ours.
That we are local to you
We hold no warehouse, branch or collection point in any market we serve. Orders are produced and shipped, and we say so on every country page.
A delivery time we cannot guarantee
Timing depends on specification, quantity, print and how quickly a proof is approved. We confirm a schedule for your order in writing rather than publishing a figure.
A recycled percentage or certification
None was supplied to us with evidence behind it. We confirm what the film supplier can document for your specific order, including when the answer is nothing.
A decomposition timescale
Any credible figure depends on named conditions and an assessment method. We have neither, so we publish neither.
Carrier approval or compatibility
Whether a specific service accepts a specific parcel is a question for that carrier rather than for a packaging supplier.
Customer reviews or ratings
There are none on this site, in the markup or in the visible content, because we hold no verified review programme to draw them from.
How we handle the things that go wrong
Made-to-order manufacturing produces a specific set of disputes: an order that does not match the approved proof, a short delivery, a quantity tolerance nobody mentioned, an artwork error approved by the customer. Each of those has a different answer, and pretending otherwise is how supplier relationships end. What we are responsible for and what sits with you is set out plainly in the custom order policy, including the parts that are not in our favour.
How we write about products
Every product page on this site names its own limitations. The economy specification page explains where the saving is a false one. The compostable page explains why the material may deliver nothing without local infrastructure. The padded page lists the three failures cushioning does not address.
That is deliberate. A buyer who orders the wrong thing because a page oversold it becomes a complaint, a return and a lost customer, and the short-term sale was never worth it.
It also means you can use these pages to evaluate other suppliers. Several of them — the material comparison, the ordering checklist, the sustainability terminology guide — are written to be used against any quotation, including one that is not ours.
Questions about the poly mailers
Where are your products manufactured?
Production is arranged against the specification for each order, and the film available differs by specification and by market. Where the origin of a specific order matters to you — for a tender, a customer requirement or an internal policy — ask and we will confirm it in writing for that order rather than making a general statement here.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We quote against what you actually need rather than against a published threshold. Smaller runs carry a higher unit price because setup spreads across fewer units, and we show the difference so you can weigh it.
Can I visit you or collect an order?
No. There is no trade counter or collection point in any market we serve. Orders are produced and shipped to the address you give us.
Why do so many of your pages talk about what you cannot do?
Because it is the information buyers actually need and rarely get. A page that only lists benefits leaves you to find the limitations after you have ordered, which is the expensive way to find out.
