Poly mailers built to your specification, not to a price list

Printed, plain, coloured, cushioned and size-specific mailers, manufactured against a written specification you approve before anything runs. Tell us what you ship and we will tell you what to order.

  • Written specification before production
  • Proof approval on every printed run
  • No claim we cannot evidence

Start with a short brief

Six fields is enough to get a real answer. If you are not sure of the size or the film, say so — working that out is part of the quotation.

PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, SVG, PNG or JPG. Up to 3 files, 12 MB each.

We reply by email. Your details are not sold or passed on.

Start from the question you are actually asking

Each of these is a chooser rather than a catalogue. They compare the options and hand you to the product page that fits.

How ordering works

Five steps, and nothing runs until you approve it

The sequence matters more than most buyers expect. Settling size before artwork, and colour before design, removes almost every reason a first order needs a second proof round.

See the full ordering process

  1. Brief

What you ship, roughly how many, and which market it goes to.

  2. Specification

Size, film weight, closure, colour and coverage, agreed in writing.

  3. Proof

Placement, scale and colour shown back to you. Nothing runs unapproved.

  4. Production

Checked through the run against the proof, not only at the end.

  5. Dispatch

Counted by carton, then shipped to your address in your market.

Design tool

Configure a mailer and see it before you ask for a price

Choose the size, colour, finish, closure and print coverage, drop in your logo, and position it on the front and back. The configuration travels with your quote request, so we are quoting the thing you actually built rather than a description of it.

The preview is an approximate visual guide, not a production proof. Final artwork is confirmed on a proof you approve.

Sustainability

We publish what we can evidence, and nothing else

You will not find a recycled percentage, a certification mark or a breakdown timescale anywhere on this site. None was supplied to us, and a figure we cannot stand behind for your order is worth less than no figure at all.

What we do instead is go to the supplier of the specific film for your order, ask what is documented, and show you the answer before you commit. Where nothing is documented, you get told that too.

Read our position on claims

  • Recycled content

A question about feedstock. The easiest of the three to evidence.

  • Compostable

A disposal route, which only helps if your customers can reach one.

  • Biodegradable

The least defined term, and the one carrying the most claim risk.

Quality control

Print is checked against the proof you approved at the start, through and at the end of a run. Seals are checked along both welds, adhesive release is checked on samples pulled from production, and counts are verified by carton before dispatch.

Where a run cannot meet the approved proof, we stop and talk to you. Shipping something close enough is how a supplier loses a customer permanently.

Samples before volume

A size question is settled in ten minutes with a physical sample and never settled by looking at a chart. Ask for two candidate sizes, pack your heaviest routine order into each, and buy the smaller one that closes without strain.

Where we ship

Four markets, one specification process

Orders are produced to order and shipped to your address. We hold no local branches or depots, so what changes between markets is currency, documentation and delivery arrangements rather than the product.

Questions we are asked before a first order

Product-specific questions live on each product page. These are the ones that come up before anyone has chosen anything.

What is a poly mailer?

A lightweight polyethylene shipping bag with a self-adhesive closure. It contains and protects soft goods, resists rain and weighs a fraction of a carton, which is why most clothing and small-goods ecommerce ships in one.

What does the price shown on a product page mean?

It is an indicative starting figure per unit rather than a quotation. Size, film weight, closure, colour, print coverage and quantity all move the price and they interact, so one published figure cannot be right for every order. Your own price is written against your own specification, and that is the one that applies.

Do you supply plain mailers as well as printed ones?

Yes. Plain stock in a range of colours and sizes is a large part of what we supply, and it is often the right first order while artwork and volumes are still settling.

Which countries do you supply?

The United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Orders are produced to order and shipped to your address; we hold no local branches, and delivery arrangements are confirmed with you at the point of order.

How do I know which size to order?

Pack a real order — including the card, tissue and returns slip — into a sample and see which size closes without straining. If you tell us what you ship, we will recommend a size and say why before quoting it.

Can I see the design before it is printed?

Nothing runs until you approve a proof showing placement, scale and colour. A digital proof shows placement reliably and colour approximately, so where colour accuracy matters commercially, ask for a physical check.

Send a short brief and we will come back with a size recommendation, a written specification and a price. Unit prices start at $0.30, and no obligation either way.
