Written to be used against any quotation
Several of these guides tell you what to ask a supplier, and they do not exclude us from that. The material guide sets out how to compare two film specifications when the published numbers are not comparable. The terminology guide gives you five questions to put to anyone making an environmental claim. The ordering checklist is a brief you can send to three suppliers so the quotations come back comparable.
That is deliberate. A buyer who can interrogate a specification makes better decisions, and a supplier who cannot answer those questions has told you something useful.
