B2B shipping is a different problem from consumer shipping
A parcel going to a loading dock is not handled like one going to a doorstep. It arrives with others, is signed for, is opened by someone doing a job rather than experiencing a purchase, and its packaging is judged on whether the contents are intact and identifiable.
That removes most of the presentation requirement and sharpens the practical one. Legible identification on the outside matters more than a logo. Containment matters more than cushioning. A parcel that stacks matters more than one that photographs.

When a mailer is the wrong choice entirely
Industrial buyers sometimes arrive asking for a heavier mailer when the honest answer is that a flexible bag is not the right packaging for what they are shipping.
